Campus Crime and Fire Safety Statistics

Chaminade complies with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1990 and as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 1998 and 2008. The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to report campus crime data, support victims of violence, and publicly outline the policies and procedures they have put into place to improve campus safety. More information about the Clery Act may be found HERE. In accordance with the Clery Act, the Crime Log for the most recent 60 day period is open for public inspection during normal business hours in the Human Resources Office, Clarence T. C.
