Board of Regents and Board of Governors
Chaminade University is a nonprofit organization. The Board of Governors and Board of Regents serve to create and authorize school plans and policies, established institutional objectives and priorities, and to ensure the articulation of the University’s vision and mission which includes the Catholic Marianist tradition.
Office of the President
Chaminade University welcomed Lynn M. Babington, PhD as its 10th president on January 20, 2018. Babington joined Chaminade University from Fairfield University, where she was Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Office of the Provost
The Office of the Provost houses academic components of Chaminade University, including the five schools, the Office of Student Success, Center for Teaching and Learning, Office of Undergraduate Research and Pre-Professional Programs, Office of Service-Learning, pre-college programs, and the Sullivan Family Library.
Senior Leadership
Senior leadership works closely with the President to develop and implement university initiatives and oversee operation of the university.

Marianist Community
The Marianists (Society of Mary) are a Catholic religious order of men have been bearers of the Catholic and Marianist traditions in their educational efforts since they first arrived in the Hawaiian Islands in 1883.
