Mission
Kōkua ʻIke empowers all Chaminade students to succeed academically, personally, and professionally by providing inclusive, student-centered services in an encouraging environment. We offer a reduced-distraction study space, ADA accommodations, and career, proctoring, and tutoring services that promote equity and self-efficacy—reflecting our commitment to a just and compassionate learning community grounded in Marianist values.
Vision
To serve as a cornerstone of student success at Chaminade by fostering a learning environment where students of all backgrounds, ages, and stages feel supported, respected, and inspired to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to every kaiāulu of which they are a part.
Reduced-Distraction Study Space
Our reduced-distraction study space can accommodate up to 32 people at a time and features soft lighting and music to help promote a focused atmosphere.
From time to time, events are held in the space. One of our signature events is the Coffee and Callings speaker series, which invites the campus community to engage with guest speakers as they share their stories of finding their career path and purpose through personal, professional, and spiritual growth. We welcome faculty, staff, and students to join us. Enjoy a cup of coffee with your choice of dairy or non-dairy creamer as you listen to stories that may inspire your own calling. Upcoming sessions are posted on Handshake and the campus events calendar.

Accessibility Services recognizes disability as a valued aspect of diversity and ensures equal access to the educational environment in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
