Welcome to the Proctoring Services department! We’re part of Kōkua ʻIke: Center for Student Learning. We offer end-to-end exam proctoring services in Kōkua ʻIke’s reduced-distraction study space to help encourage and ensure a focused testing experience. Whether your exam is on paper or online, we’re committed to facilitating a fair, accessible testing environment.
We prioritize proctoring services for students with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations. However, we try to oblige all reasonable requests.
We’re located in the Student Services building, just across from Eiben Hall. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Appointments are required.

Getting Started for Students
You may proceed only if your instructor has completed the Proctoring Request Form.
Start by reviewing the Proctoring Policy and Procedures. Then, visit Reservio. If you’ve already created a Reservio account for Kōkua ʻIke purposes, sign in. Otherwise, sign up using your name (e.g., John Doe) and @student.chaminade.edu email address (e.g., [email protected]).
Navigate to the Proctoring page on Reservio. Select a duration approved by your instructor, then click Book. Select a date and time approved by your instructor, then click Continue. Enter the course number (e.g., MA 100), then click Continue again. You’re all set!
Getting Started for Instructors
Complete the Proctoring Request Form as needed, keeping in mind that we prioritize proctoring services for students with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations. You may be prompted to sign in through the Google sign-in page. Be sure to use your Chaminade Google credentials, not your personal Google credentials.
When filling out the form, kindly double-check the accuracy of your student’s name and email address. If incorrect information is provided, your student may not receive our outreach email regarding the test. We highly recommend confirming your student’s name and email address through Colleague Self-Service.
Once the form is completed, we will email both you and your student to confirm that they may book a testing time. This email is for your records only. It is your student’s responsibility to book a testing time and coordinate with Kōkua ʻIke as needed.
