Introduction
Proctoring Services helps students with approved testing accommodations from Accessibility Services or Title IX complete exams in a secure, equitable environment. Accommodations may include extended testing time, reduced-distraction spaces, or other supports.
We approach every student’s needs with care, compassion, and professionalism, guiding you through the testing process with confidence.
Proctoring occurs in Kōkua ʻIke, located across from Eiben Hall.


Get Started with Our Services
Students: Start Here
Before booking a testing appointment at Kōkua ʻIke, confirm that your instructor has completed the Proctoring Request Form. This ensures that Kōkua ʻIke has the test details, including whether it is on paper or online, as well as the approved duration, date(s), and time(s).
Next, review the Proctoring Policy and Procedures to understand the testing guidelines and expectations.
Once you have confirmed that your instructor has completed the Proctoring Request Form, and you have reviewed the Proctoring Policy and Procedures, you may book a testing appointment through Reservio.
If you’ve already created a Reservio account for Kōkua ʻIke purposes, sign in. Otherwise, sign up using your name (e.g., John Doe) and @student.chaminade.edu email address (e.g., [email protected]). Navigate to the Proctoring Services page. Select the duration approved by your instructor, then click Book. Select a date and time approved by your instructor, then click Continue. Enter the course number (e.g., MA 100), then click Continue to confirm your appointment.

Complete the Proctoring Request Form for students with approved testing accommodations from Accessibility Services or Title IX. You may be prompted to sign in via Google; be sure to use your @chaminade.edu account and not a personal account.
When filling out the form, double-check the accuracy of your student’s name and email address. If incorrect information is provided, your student may not receive our outreach email regarding the test. We highly recommend confirming your student’s name and email address through Self-Service.
Once the form is completed, we will email both you and your student to confirm that they may book a testing time. This email is for your records only. It is your student’s responsibility to book a testing time at least 48 hours in advance and coordinate with Kōkua ʻIke as needed.
