Career Services partners with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, to transform educational experiences into personal and professional direction. Through individualized coaching, practical tools and resources, and employer engagement opportunities, we help you clarify your goals and take strategic steps toward achieving them.

Introduction
Career Services supports you throughout your career journey. We offer in-person and virtual coaching on job search strategies, resume and cover letter development, job interviews, and more. Our approach is practical, personalized, and action-oriented. We help you define your goals, strengthen your application materials, and shape your career story with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
We also coordinate the biannual Career Fair, designed to help you explore your career options. The event features employers from Hawaiʻi, the Pacific Islands, and the continental United States, offering opportunities for jobs, internships, and externships.


Get Started with Our Services
Meet with the Career Services Coordinator
Visit Stellic and sign in using your Chaminade ID and password. Once signed in, locate the Quick Links section. Click Appointments, then click Schedule. Under Host, enter the name of the Career Services Coordinator, referring to the Office of Student Success Contact Us page if needed. Select a session type, date, and time, then click Schedule to confirm your appointment.
If you cannot book an appointment through Stellic, including if you are a newly admitted student and do not yet have full account access, please contact the Career Services Coordinator at [email protected] or (808) 735-4886. We will assist you directly and ensure you receive the support you need.
Meet with a Peer Support Specialist
Visit Reservio. If you’ve already created a Reservio account for Kōkua ʻIke purposes, sign in. Otherwise, sign up using your name (e.g., John Doe) and @student.chaminade.edu email address (e.g., [email protected]). Navigate to the Career Services page. Select Resume Development or Cover Letter Development, then click Book. Select a date and time, then click Continue. Enter any helpful details, then click Continue to confirm your appointment.
Peer Support Specialists provide general guidance on resume and cover letter development. For in-depth or specialized support, you may be referred to the Career Services Coordinator.
Job and Internship Opportunities
Handshake
Explore the Career Services resource library and job board through Handshake. Resources include resume and cover letter templates, industry insights, events, and job and internship opportunities both on and off campus.
Handshake connects you with more than one million employers across the United States, including all Fortune 500 companies. It allows you to discover opportunities, connect with employers, and engage with fellow Chaminade students. Whether you are seeking your first job or planning your path after graduation, Handshake provides tools to support your next steps with confidence.

Federal Work-Study
Federal Work-Study is a financial aid program that enables eligible undergraduate and graduate students to work on campus or off campus at a partner organization.
If you are interested in Federal Work-Study, verify your eligibility through Colleague Self-Service or by contacting the Office of Financial Aid. Once you have confirmed your eligibility and available funds, browse positions through the links below.


Events
Career Fair
Our biannual Career Fair provides opportunities to connect with employers from Hawaiʻi, the Pacific Islands, and the continental United States. Employers recruit for jobs, internships, and externships across a variety of industries. The event is open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni.

Share Opportunities and Register for Career Fairs
Organizations are invited to post job and internship opportunities through Handshake. Those interested in participating in our biannual Career Fair should create a Handshake account, as all Career Fair registration is managed through the platform.
Career Fair registration typically opens one to two months before each event. The spring Career Fair is usually held in March, and the fall Career Fair in October.
Table on Campus
If your organization is interested in tabling on campus, we would be happy to host you in the Vi and Paul Loo Student Center in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall.
Reservio is our online scheduling system. If you have already created a Reservio account to engage with Career Services, please sign in. If not, sign up using your name (e.g., John Doe) and organizational email address.
Once signed in, navigate to the Career Services page. Select Employer Tabling, then click Book. Select a date and time, then click Continue. Enter any helpful details, such as the opportunities your organization is recruiting for, then click Continue to confirm your reservation. Note that all reservations are for two-hour time blocks.
Career Services and the Office of Student Engagement reserve the right to modify reservations if needed.
On the day of your visit, stop by the Security building for a visitor parking pass if needed. Once parked, proceed to the Vi and Paul Loo Student Center in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall, where a table and chairs will be prepared for you by the Office of Student Engagement.

Career Services values partnerships with employers committed to supporting student growth and success. We ask that all employers engaging with our ʻohana uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity by complying with all applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity and immigration requirements, and by following the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ Principles for Ethical Professional Practice.
We invite employers to respect Chaminade’s Catholic Marianist mission and values, align opportunities with these values and our undergraduate and graduate programs, and provide positions that foster meaningful, growth-oriented student experiences.
All employers must be approved by Career Services before posting positions or engaging with students on Handshake. Approval requires creating a Handshake account and providing the organization’s name, description, contact information (including name, organizational email, and organizational phone), and physical address (P.O. boxes may be considered on a case-by-case basis). Organizations must be fully verifiable online.
Employers must have no unresolved flags or concerns in Handshake. Career Services reserves the right to modify or remove listings to ensure they meet these standards and serve students’ best interests.
