Welcome to the Career Services department! We’re part of Kōkua ʻIke: Center for Student Learning. We’re dedicated to supporting you on your career journey. We offer one-on-one and group coaching in job search strategies, resumes, job interviews, and more to all Chaminade students—whether undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral, and whether in person or online. We also organize the biannual Career Fair, which features employers from both on and off the island.
We’re located in the Student Services building, just across from Eiben Hall. We’re open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Appointments are highly encouraged.

Appointments
Meet with the Career Services Coordinator
Visit Stellic and sign in using your Chaminade ID and password. Once signed in, locate the Quick Links section. Click Appointments, then click Schedule. Under Host, enter the name of the Career Services Coordinator, referring to the Office of Student Success Contact Us page if needed. Select a session type, date, and time, then click Schedule to confirm your appointment.
Meet with a Peer Support Specialist
Visit Reservio. If you’ve already created a Reservio account for Kōkua ʻIke purposes, sign in. Otherwise, sign up using your name (e.g., John Doe) and @student.chaminade.edu email address (e.g., [email protected]). Navigate to the Career Services page. Select a Peer Support Specialist, then click Book. Select a date and time, then click Continue. Enter any details, then click Continue to confirm your appointment.
Online, On-Demand Career Services
Need a quick resume review? No problem! Visit Canvas and sign in using your Chaminade ID and password. Once signed in, open any course then click Tutor.com. Click the Connect Now button, complete the form, then click the second Connect Now button. You may also explore the Career Services resource library on Handshake, which includes resume and cover letter templates, industry insights, job and internship opportunities both on and off campus, events, and additional career-related resources. Sign in using your Chaminade credentials to access all available content.

Federal Work-Study is a financial aid program that enables eligible undergraduate and graduate students to work on campus or off campus at a partner organization.
If you are interested in Federal Work-Study, kindly verify your eligibility through Colleague Self-Service or by contacting the Office of Financial Aid. Then, proceed to Federal Work-Study Jobs on Campus or Federal Work-Study Jobs off Campus above.
Career Fair
The biannual Career Fair is designed to help you explore your career options and will feature employers from Hawaii, the Pacific Islands, and the continental United States, offering opportunities for jobs, internships, and externships. The event is open to all undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni.

Employers: Get Involved
Thank you for your interest in our ʻohana. Employers are invited to post job and paid or unpaid internship opportunities through Handshake. Employers who are interested in participating in our biannual Career Fair should create a Handshake account, as all Career Fair registration is managed through the platform. Registration typically opens one to two months before each event. The spring Career Fair is typically held in March, and the fall Career Fair is typically held in October.
