Here to Help You Thrive.
At Chaminade, you will be recognized by name and supported throughout your college journey. The Office of Student Success—which includes the Academic Advising department, Kōkua ʻIke: Center for Student Learning, and the Records and Registrar department—is here to help you reach your full potential by connecting you to the people, programs, and services that will help you thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Your goals are our mission. Let’s achieve them—together.

Academic Advising
Our Academic Advising department, located in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall, is committed to helping you achieve your educational goals. We offer guidance on declaring your major, planning your schedule, registering for courses, registering for graduation, navigating university policies and procedures, and more.
Kōkua ʻIke: Center for Student Learning
Kōkua ʻIke: Center for Student Learning, located in the Student Services building, is dedicated to supporting the success of all Chaminade students—whether undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral, and whether in person or online—by offering a reduced-distraction study space, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, and career, proctoring, and tutoring services.

Records and Registrar
Our Records and Registrar department, located in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall, is committed to supporting all our faculty, staff, and students by managing records and upholding academic policies and procedures. From the moment you say ‘yes’ to Chaminade to the moment you cross the stage at the Waikīkī Shell, we’re here to help.
