Getting Started
Start by completing the Accommodations Request Form. Be sure to provide documentation of your disability and its impacts through the form, by email, by mail, or in person.
We’ll contact you to set up an appointment to discuss your disability and its impacts. If you’re eligible for accommodations, we’ll prepare an agreement for your review. Then, you may notify your instructors and Residence Life staff as needed about your accommodations.
