Getting Started
Start by completing the Accommodations Request Form.
Please do not delay meeting with us if you are concerned about not having the right documentation. We will discuss any specific third-party documentation needs during the Welcome Meeting. If you already have documentation that describes your disability and its functional impacts, you may submit it through the form, by email, by mail, or in person.
We’ll contact you to set up an appointment to discuss your disability and its impacts. If you’re eligible for accommodations, we’ll prepare an agreement for your review. Then, you may notify your instructors and Residence Life staff as needed about your accommodations.
We’ve Got Your Back
