FALL 2024 HOUSING MOVE-IN DATES
- Thursday, August 15, 2024, 9 AM: New Students, Transfers and Exchange Students
- Fall 2024 New Student Orientation (NSO) – August 15th-18th, 2024. Friday, August 16th is required for all new, transfer, and exchange students
- Saturday & Sunday, August 17-18, 2024, 9 AM: Returning Resident Students
*REQUESTS FOR AN ALTERNATE MOVE-IN DATE (NO EARLIER THAN AUGUST 15th) MUST BE SUBMITTED TO [email protected] BY AUGUST 1, 2024 FOR APPROVAL.
FALL 2024 HOUSING MOVE-OUT DATES
HALLS CLOSE: Friday, December 6, 2024, 12:00 PM*
Residents may leave their belongings in their rooms/apartments during the holiday breaks (except summer). Residence halls and apartments will remain open to residents during Thanksgiving and Spring Break.
ALL Residents must be out of the halls by 12:00 PM. Residents will also be required to return their keys to their RA’s upon checking out for the semester.
WINTER HOUSING
Residents who would like to request to remain on-campus during Winter Break for an
additional fee may complete a Winter Housing Application, (available through the Office of Residence Life & Housing on October 1, 2024). Due date to submit is Friday, November 15, 2024, 4:30 PM. Payment is due in full by Friday November 29, 2024.
SPRING 2025 MOVE-IN DATES
- Thursday, January 2, 2025, 9 AM: New Students, Transfer, and Exchange Students
- Saturday & Sunday, January 4-5, 2025, 9 AM: Returning Resident Students
SPRING 2025 MOVE-OUT DATES
- HALLS CLOSE: Friday, May 2, 2025, 12 PM
- Residents must be properly checked out & out of the halls by 12 PM
- Graduating Seniors: Sunday, May 4, 2025, 5 PM
SUMMER 2025 HOUSING APPLICATIONS
Residents who would like to request to live on-campus during the summer months for an additional fee may complete a Summer Housing Application (available through the Office of Residence Life & Housing after April 1, 2025). Students must be enrolled in Chaminade summer courses, be employed over the summer by the University, or have an academic related internship. Request Due Date: Friday, April 25, 2025, 4:30 PM.
