FALL 2025 HOUSING APPLICATIONS
- Saturday, February 1st , 2025, 12 AM: Returning Residents (Priority Housing)
- Saturday, February 15th , 2025, 12 AM: New & First Year Students
- Priority housing will be for all returning residents
- Returning Seniors will have high priority from the 1st to the 3rd
SPRING 2025 MOVE-OUT DATES
- HALLS CLOSE: Friday, May 2, 2025, 12:00 PM
- ALL Residents must be out of the halls by 12:00 PM. Residents will also be required to return their keys to their RA’s upon checking out for the semester.
- Graduating Seniors: Sunday, May 4, 2025, 5:00 PM
- Residents with in-person exams on Friday May 2nd may request a Saturday move-out by 4:30 pm Friday April 25th, 2025. All requests must be made via email to [email protected]. APPROVAL MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO ACCOMMODATION.
SUMMER 2025 HOUSING
– Application Opens February 1-
- Residents who would like to request to live on-campus during the summer months for an additional fee may complete a Summer Housing Application (available through the Office of Residence Life & Housing after April 1, 2025). Students must be enrolled in Chaminade summer courses, be employed over the summer by the University, or have an academic related internship. Request Due Date: Friday, April 25, 2025, 4:30 PM..
FALL 2025 HOUSING MOVE-IN DATES
- Thursday, August 21, 2025, 9 AM: New Students, Transfer, and Exchange Students
- Saturday & Sunday, August 23-24, 2025, 9 AM: Returning Resident Students
- Move-in dates are by appointment
- Residents may leave their belongings in their rooms/apartments during the holiday breaks (except summer). Residence halls and apartments will remain open to residents during Thanksgiving and Spring Break.
