Apply for Housing

HOUSING ELIGIBILITY

  • University housing is available for currently enrolled Chaminade students only.
  • Undergraduate students must be enrolled in and registered for at least twelve (8) credit hours in a program of study at the University during each term that they reside in housing as an undergraduate student.
  • Graduate students must be enrolled in and registered for at least six (6) credit hours in a program of study at the University during each term that they are residing in housing as a graduate student.
  • Chaminade University does not have housing facilities to accommodate students with partners/spouses, children, and/or families.

Important Reminders

  • Be sure to complete the forms above in their entirety. Omitting information may delay the processing of your housing assignment.
  • HOUSING DEPOSIT: A $300.00 non-refundable housing deposit is required to process the application/contract and confirm your housing assignment. To remit payment online, please use the Residence Hall Deposit Payment form. In person payments can be made at the Chaminade University Business Office
  • Applications & housing deposits are processed in the order they are received.
  • HOUSING AGREEMENT: Review the Chaminade University Student Housing Agreement
  • Housing assignments are not provided until the housing application AND deposit have been received.

HOW TO VIEW YOUR HOUSING ASSIGNMENT

  • STEP 1: Log into the erezlife housing platform using your Chaminade student ID number & password
  • STEP 2: Click on the link that reads: “Academic Year 2025-2026: Spring Term” link to the left of your screen
  • STEP 3: You will be able to view your current housing assignment and assigned roommates/suitemate names
