HOUSING ELIGIBILITY
- University housing is available for currently enrolled Chaminade students only.
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled in and registered for at least twelve (12) credit hours in a program of study at the University during each term that they reside in housing as an undergraduate student.
- Graduate students must be enrolled in and registered for at least six (6) credit hours in a program of study at the University during each term that they are residing in housing as a graduate student.
- Chaminade University does not have housing facilities to accommodate students with partners/spouses, children, and/or families.
FALL 2024 CHAMINADE STUDENT HOUSING APPLICATION
Applications for the Spring 2025 term will be open using the erezlife platform on the following dates:
Returning Students: Tuesday, October 15, 2024
New Students: Tuesday, October 15, 2024
Submit Your Housing Application & Deposit
- STEP 1: Complete the housing application by December 30th.
- STEP 2: Complete the online housing deposit form to submit your $300 housing deposit.
Important Reminders
- Current/continuing students must contact Residence Life & Housing to receive the housing deposit link for continuing students.
- Review the Chaminade University Student Housing Agreement
- Be sure to complete the forms above in their entirety. Omitting information may delay the processing of your housing assignment.
- The $300 housing deposit is required to process the application/contract.
- Submit your application/contract by December 30th to improve your chances of receiving your requested assignment preferences.
- A request for a specific hall and/or room does not guarantee that you will receive that assignment.
- Applications & housing deposits are processed in the order they are received.
- Housing assignments are not provided until the housing application AND deposit have been received.
