Project Request
University Communications and Marketing provides various services—including strategic/marketing consultation, public relations, advertising, writing, design (digital and print), printing, photography, videography, and web content—to help advance Chaminade’s brand, awareness, and initiatives.
The project request form helps us gather important information and details to assess how to best support your needs and deliver quality service. We review each request and consider the project within the broader context of the University’s priorities, timing and team capacity.
Once the form is submitted, we will follow up within 1–2 business days and work with you to determine a timeline and what is needed to make your project successful. Depending on the scale of the project, we may schedule a kick-off meeting or require a Project Brief for work to begin.
We strive to be responsive, but please note that there is a queue of work in-progress and projects. So please submit your project request as early as possible before your desired completion date to ensure we have enough time to support your initiatives—you may reference the timelines below.

Timelines may vary based on the scope of the project, but please see below for sample timelines. The production schedule does not begin until all content is received (this may include a kick-off meeting or a required Project Brief). Please note that the timeline is based on business days.
