Our Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (MAEL) is designed for educators aspiring to administrative roles in educational settings. This program equips candidates with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex educational environments and foster positive change, culminating in the ability to serve as effective change agents through the application of core leadership concepts.
The Master of Arts in Educational Leadership meets the Hawai’i Department of Education (HIDOE) Certification Institute for School Leaders (HICISL) program requirements.
