  • Completed Chaminade application
  • Official high school transcript (if applicable)
  • Official college transcript(s) from all post-secondary, accredited institution(s) attended
  • AS Natural Sciences degree from one of the following institutions: Hawai’i Community College, Honolulu Community College, Kapi’olani Community College, Kaua’i Community College, Leeward Community College, Maui College, or Windward Community College
  • As part of your associate’s degree, you must have completed with a C or better in the following courses:
  • Math 241 Calculus I
  • Math 242 Calculus II
  • CHEM 161/L General Chemistry I with Lab
  • CHEM 162/L General Chemistry II with Lab
  • PHYS 170/L General Physics I with Lab
  • PHYS 272/L General Physics II with Lab
  • BIO 171 Introduction to Biology I with Lab
  • BIO 172 Introduction to Biology II with Lab
