Chantelle Maduli OHPAUR

Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Ms. Chauntelle Maduli graduated from the Kamehameha Schools – Kapalama Campus in 2006 and went on to Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa on a volleyball scholarship. Chauntelle transferred to Chaminade University in 2007 and went on to graduate in 2011 with a B.S. in Biology. A scholar-athlete, Ms. Maduli played for the Chaminade Women’s volleyball team from August 2007 to December 2009, and graduated with a 3.45 GPA. As a student, Chauntelle immersed herself in a variety of activities on campus including actively participating in both the Biology and SCRUBS clubs. For two consecutive summers in 2009 and 2010, Chauntelle was selected to participate in two renowned biomedical research programs: the University of California San Diego Endocrine Society Minority Access Program, and the Baylor College of Medicine Endocrine Society Minority Access Program. Chauntelle received funding to present her research at the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS) and the Endocrine Society Annual Meeting. In Fall 2012, Ms. Chauntelle Maduli, a first-generation college student, entered A.T. Still University, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. It is her hope that upon completion of her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree she will be able to return to Hawaii to practice medicine.
