On October 18-20, Chaminade University will host an accreditation visit by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). In preparation for the visit, the AAQEP Quality Review Teams are soliciting public comment about the quality of educator preparation provided by the initial teacher preparation programs and the school counseling program. All comments must be submitted by September 20, 2023, through the AAQEP website.

Chaminade University’s undergraduate and graduate education degree programs are accredited by the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board.
Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education
The Montessori Program is accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education and affiliated with the American Montessori Society.

American Psychological Association
The Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology degree program at the Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Chaminade University of Honolulu is accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
