Biography
Brian Fila is dedicated to shaping a different kind of leader, one that
achieves remarkable results by bringing the best out of their team and
those that encounter it. With over 45-years of leadership experience, he
is dedicated to developing trusted leaders of integrity, competence,
and capacity whom others want to follow. Brian is a retired member of
the U.S. Government Senior Executive Service and a U.S. Navy Captain.
Serving 32-years, Brian spent much of his career in the U.S. Intelligence
Community, while also serving seven years within the Office of the
Secretary of Defense as a policy official. He is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer
at Hawai’i Pacific University, a small-business owner, and is a field
leader for Leader Development Network Global
(www.leaddevelopcare.com), a 501C3 organization dedicated to
developing leaders worldwide. Also a member of several non-profit
boards, Brian lives in Kaneohe with his wife Beth and has two adult
children and three grandchildren.
