The Nutrition program takes you inside the science of health and wellness, from human metabolism and food systems to the power of community nutrition.
You’ll go beyond the classroom—diving into projects—to gain the skills to assess nutritional needs, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to real public health challenges.
Courses will go beyond human nutrition and explore social impacts of food, sports nutrition, current diet trends, behavioral nutrition, food science, and sustainable food systems.
We’ll prepare you to launch a career in healthcare, wellness, and the food industry—or take the next step toward becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or pursuing advanced study in medicine, nursing, or public health.
