If you’re passionate about social justice, committed to service, and ready to turn advocacy into a meaningful career, the Ethics & Leadership program may be the right path for you.

This interdisciplinary program brings together Religious Studies, Philosophy, and Business to explore the values that shape ethical leadership in today’s complex world. Students engage with important questions about human dignity, justice, and global responsibility while developing practical skills in leadership, management, organizational behavior, and data-informed decision-making.

By combining ethical reflection with real-world application, the program prepares you to lead with integrity, cultural awareness, and purpose in a wide range of professional settings, including business, tech, nonprofit organizations, education, government and the community.

Upon completion of the undergraduate B.A. program in Ethics and Leadership, students will be able to:

  1. Interpret ethical and religious traditions in relation to leadership and organizational life.
  2. Apply buisness and management principales ot create ethichal and sustainable solutions.
  3. Demonstrate cross-cultureal and interreligious competence in leadership context.
  4. Integrate values-based decision-making with strategic and operational leadership skills.
  5. Engage in applied projects and internships that link ethical therory with leaderhsip pracctice.
