In Chaminade’s Applied Arts & Digital Media program, you’ll learn how to turn your creativity into work that connects, communicates, and makes an impact.

Bring together art, design, storytelling, writing, and digital media as you explore how ideas become compelling visuals, narratives, campaigns, and multimedia experiences. Through hands-on projects and interdisciplinary collaboration, you’ll build the creative and technical skills to take an idea from concept to creation—and learn how to bring your unique perspective to the table.

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Arts & Digital Media Learning Outcomes

  1. Apply art, writing, and media techniques to produce creative artifacts that effectively convey stories to diverse audiences.
  2. Analyze multi-modal content to evaluate the effectiveness of design elements and narrative principles.
  3. Select and apply appropriate digital tools and use evidence-based approaches to inform media, art, and decision-making across platforms.
  4. Develop and present a professional portfolio that demonstrates career readiness and meets industry standards.
  5. Evaluate and integrate ethical, cultural, and professional standards in the creation and dissemination of media, demonstrating awareness of global and societal impacts.
