Located less than half a mile off campus on Waialae Avenue, this residence hall is available to upper-class students. The Waialae Building apartments come furnished and houses approximately 61 students. The building is located in the heart of Kaimuki near restaurants, eateries, boutiques, yoga studios and more. For convenience, there is a parking lot at the residence hall (parking permit is required).
