The Professional MBA equips you with the skills and confidence to make strategic decisions, navigate complex challenges, and lead with impact. Through hands-on projects, cohort-based learning, and real-world applications, you’ll build leadership, analytical, and cross-functional business skills while expanding your professional network.

Program Details

Upon Completion of the Professional MBA, a student in the program will be skilled in core business areas as illustrated by their ability to:

  1. Select, analyze and evaluate financial data to propose key strategic management decisions.
  2. Analyze and evaluate organizational human resource environments and elements in order to develop leadership decisions that facilitate the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
  3. Collect, analyze and evaluate economic data to formulate optimal strategic management decisions.
  4. Collect, analyze and evaluate marketing information to create effective plans for value creation.
  5. Create strategic plans by analyzing, selecting, and synthesizing information from diverse functional information sets.
  6. Students will create and deliver professional business reports through multiple communication modalities (written, oral and digital).
  7. Students will evaluate organizational decision-making in light of social and environmental impact, social justice and the flourishing of society within the Marianist education framework.

Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)

Chaminade University has been accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, the nationally recognized agency for accreditation of post-secondary institutions in its area of the United States.

International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE)

Chaminade University has received specialized accreditation for its Master of Business Administration programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

General Admission Requirements

  • Completed Chaminade application
  • Hold at least a baccalaureate from a regionally accredited college/university in the U.S. or equivalent from a foreign institution
  • Official college transcripts
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Foundational skills in economics and finance, or enroll in self-paced online courses
  • GMAT and GRE are not required
