Biography
Dr. Kahumoku-Fessler joined Chaminade University in 2023 as the Associate Director of the Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy program and an Associate Professor of psychology. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Fellow, and an Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Dr. Kahumoku-Fessler conducts research on marital and parenting relationships and stressors and specializes in providing sex therapy and working with high-conflict couples. Dr. Fessler has been an invited speaker at conferences and podcasts across the US on topics regarding ethics, diversity, mental health, and improving relationships.
