Stay in the know when an emergency happens on campus. Make sure you sign up to receive Chaminade’s emergency text message notifications.
Receive Chaminade University Emergency Text Message Notifications:
- Login to the SharePoint
- Confirm that your cell phone number is correct in the Emergency Contact form.
- You will receive the following text in a few days: “Chaminade University of Honolulu Emergency Messaging. Reply Y for aprx 3 msg/mo. Txt HELP 4 info.
- If you reply Y via text, you will receive Chaminade University Emergency Notifications sent via TEXT.
- If you do not reply, you will not receive Emergency Notifications
Select your financial aid refund preference:

From the Portal you can manage your student account information, check your financial aid award, register for courses and more.
Log into Sharepoint:
- Have your seven-digit Chaminade student ID number ready
- Go to the SharePoint
- Click on students, then click on Self Service on the right hand side
- Enter your Chaminade Student ID # and your password (your default password is the last 4 digits of your social security number or the 6 digits of your birthday)
- Search for courses by clicking on Course and either selecting the subject you want to look for OR using the “advanced search” to filter out by subject, course number, and term. You can also type in the specific course you are looking for into the search bar on the right hand side (ex. EN 102)
- Once you find the course you want to add to your schedule, click on “add section to schedule”
- To view schedule, click on “Student Planning” then “Plan & Schedule”, then click “Register” on the right hand side to register for classes.
Chaminade University uses Gmail for all email accounts, and is official means of communication. Important information from Chaminade and your professors will be sent to your student email account.
Log in to your Chaminade student email:
- Go to Gmail at gmail.com
- Enter your username: [email protected]
- (ex. if your name is John Doe, your username is [email protected])
- Enter your password: default password will be capital “CUH” followed by your student ID number
- (ex. if your Chaminade ID number is 0123456, your default password will be, CUH0123456)
- Click, “Sign In”

Chaminade University, along with our partner HigherOne, provides digital statements (eBills). Hard copy statements are no longer available. When an eBill is ready, a notice will be sent to your Chaminade email account and to any other email accounts that have been set up with a Parent PIN.
View your eBill, make a payment or setup a Parent Pin:

Student Life Resources
Eat what you want, when you want. There’s a meal plan available if you live on- or off-campus. For more information, visit Dining Services.

What is Service-Learning?
Service-learning connects academics with meaningful service to the community. Integrated into your course curriculum, the service experience enhances learning. It provides “real-world” opportunities to test out course concepts. You’ll learn to apply your knowledge to determine and address real community needs.

The Office of Financial Aid is provided through a combination of federal, institutional and private donor-based sources and comes in three forms: grants and scholarships, work-study and loans. If applying for financial aid, an award offer will be determined by a student’s enrollment status, level of financial need and fund availability.

The Office of Records and Registrar supports all members of the Chaminade community: students, faculty, staff, alumni and parents/families. It is the hub for academic calendars, student registration, academic records, official transcripts and more.

We want our students to experience, connect and discover. Lead by the Dean of Students, Student Life helps students learn to become a leader, step out of their comfort zone and see the world with a new perspective. Students are provided with support services and outside-of-the-classroom experiences.
Chaminade offers study abroad programs in over 20 different countries through various partnerships. Students can choose from either summer or semester programs. Costs vary depending on the program, and financial aid may be available. The Office of Advising & Career Development assists students with the application process including confirming credits transfer with the Records Office.

Monthly Tuition Payment Plan
If you elect to pay tuition in monthly increments, you may enroll in a tuition payment plan via Student Self-Service. The Day Undergraduate Tuition Payment Plan allows you to pay for the current semester using four monthly installments. There is an enrollment fee of $55 per term, but no monthly finance charges.

Open enrollment for the fall semester tuition payment plan begins July 1st, and the spring semester tuition payment plan open enrollment begins December 1st.
