Request Accommodations
Accommodations are determined case by case based on an understanding of your barriers to the educational environment. To request accommodations:
- Complete the Accommodations Registration/Request Form.
- Provide documentation of your disability and its impacts in the educational environment through the Accommodations Registration/Request Form. Alternatively, provide documentation by email, mail, or in person.
- We will contact you to schedule an appointment to discuss your disability and its impacts in the educational environment. If we establish eligibility, we will prepare an agreement for your review, followed by an accommodation letter.
- It is your responsibility to share your accommodation letter with your instructors.
