Office of Judicial Affairs

The Office of Judicial Affairs, a division of Student Affairs, is committed to ensuring the rights and upholding the responsibilities of students to create a safe and welcoming campus learning environment. The Judicial Affairs Officer is responsible for reviewing student judiciary policies and procedures, investigating and adjudicating potential University policy violations, and helping students learn from their actions and become a positive presence within and beyond our campus community.

Information regarding the Student Code of Conduct maybe found in the Chaminade University of Honolulu Student Handbook.

Parking Citation Appeals

Any person may appeal a parking citation. Appeals must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days after the alleged violation to the Judicial Affairs Officer in the Office of the Dean of Students, Henry Hall, Room 221. Failure to appeal within the 3-day period shall be deemed as an admission of the alleged violation. There are no exceptions to the deadline. The decision of the Judicial Officer is final.
