Chaminade University of Honolulu has appointed Nancy da Silva (AVP of Enrollment Management) as the School Certifying Official (SCO) that processes your required forms, and reports your enrollment certification(s) to the VA each term. This includes reporting academic programs, number of credit hours, tuition charges, allowable fees, graduations, and any other applicable changes to your enrollment.
