Register for Classes

Portal Instructions

  1. Go to the student portal.
  2. Enter your username (Chaminade student ID #) and password (your default password is the last 4 digits of your social security number).
  3. Look for the WebAdvisor box on the right-hand side, select Registration (dropdown menu), then select Register for Classes.
  4. Search for desired course by selecting the term, subject and course level, then click Submit.
  5. Check the box to the left of the course you intend to register for, then click Submit.
  6. Under the Action column, choose Register from the dropdown menu, then click Submit.
  7. Review Chaminade University’s Terms and Conditions for Registration.

WebAdvisor Instructions

  1. Go to WebAdvisor.
  2. Click on Students.
  3. Select the Login tab in top right corner.
  4. Enter your User ID (Chaminade Student ID #) and your password (your default password is the last 4 digits of your social security number), then click Submit.
  5. Under the Registration section, select Register for Classes.
  6. Search for your desired course by selecting the term, subject and course level, then click Submit.
  7. Check the box to the left of the course you intend to register for, then click Submit.
  8. Under the Action column, choose Register from the dropdown menu, then click Submit.
  9. Review Chaminade University’s Terms and Conditions for Registration.
How to Print Your Schedule

Portal Instructions

  1. Go to the student portal.
  2. Enter your username (Chaminade student ID #) and password (your default password is the last 4 digits of your social security number).
  3. Look for the WebAdvisor box on the right-hand side, select Academic Profile (dropdown menu), then select My Class Schedule.
  4. Select appropriate term in Term dropdown menu, then click Submit.
  5. After schedule appears, select File>Print  from your browser’s menu bar.

WebAdvisor Instructions

  1. Go to WebAdvisor.
  2. Click on Students.
  3. Select the Login tab in top right corner.
  4. Enter your username (Chaminade student ID #) and password (your default password is the last 4 digits of your social security number).
  5. Look for the WebAdvisor box on the right-hand side, select Academic Profile (dropdown menu), then select My Class Schedule.
  6. Select appropriate term in Term dropdown menu, then click Submit.
  7. After schedule appears, select File>Print  from your browser’s menu bar.
Notes on Day Undergraduate Terms

Chaminade offers four terms per year for day undergraduates:

  • Fall Day/Evening
  • Spring Day/Evening
  • Summer Session I
  • Summer Session II

Chaminade terms are based on the current academic year beginning with the summer sessions.  For Example:

  • 2018 Fall Day/Evening = 2018FA
  • 2018 Spring Day/Evening = 2018SP
  • 2019 Summer Session I = 2019SS1
  • 2019 Summer Session II = 2019SS2
