With over 20 majors to choose from, undergraduate students have many options when planning their academic journey. Students are encouraged to develop an academic pathway with an advisor or faculty advisor who can ensure that the student’s special interests, goals and career aspirations are reflected.
How do I declare (or change) a major (or minor)?
- Visit an advisor in the Office of Advising and Career Development to discuss academic plans and intended major.
- You should declare your major by the time you have earned 60 credits.
- Download and complete the Declaration of Major form. Hard copy is also available at the Office Advising and Career Development (located in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall, Room 252).
- Return your completed Declaration of Major form to the Office of Advising and Career Development.
